Ender 6 Sprite Pro Mount

<p>Ever since I saw the Creality Sprite pro Extruder I believe its PERFECT for a corexy printers . Here is my work in progress mount on my ender 6. I tested it and its working great!</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuCKqtAE8nI&ab_channel=MoryuthersArt%26Design"></oembed></figure><p>I believe It can be improve greatly with people having great 3d design skills than me. I'm Looking forward for others' improvement specially the wiring.</p><p>Also I did this mount on sketchup so If you need the raw file for improvement feel free to contact me.</p><p>WHAT YOU NEED:</p><p>Creality Sprite Pro (without the custom wires)</p><p>4 pcs 2 pin 1.2mm Jst female connector</p><p>1pc 4pin 1.2mm jst female connector for the extruder</p><p>1 pcs 2pin 2.0mm jst female connector - heater cartridge.</p><p>4pc m3x8 bolts</p><p>Extruder wire extension</p><p>Depending on the extruder wire youve got from creality here is the color combination for the connector to the breakboard. (Please refer to the Extruder wire photo , please ingore the female jst connector color)</p><p>[black red blue orange] = extruder connectror ender 6 Breakout board from left pin to right pin</p><p>X,Y offset for Cr touch</p><p>X= 34.5</p><p>Y=0</p><p>Estep= 424.9 ( from creality you need to adjust accordingly)</p><p>IMPORTANT NOTE</p><p>As this is not yet perfect here are some important notes</p><p>-I needed to shave off 1mm off the Cr touch to make everything flushed to the x gantry</p><p>-You need to move the Y endstop back using this:</p><p> W/o top cover</p><p> <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5205878">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5205878</a></p><p> With Creality Top Cover</p><p> <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5222477">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5222477</a></p><p>-Also the filament tensioner is covered so you might have to drill a hole if you want its functionality </p><p>PRINTER SETTINGS</p><p>0.2 layer height</p><p>100% infill</p><p>Filament- I use ASA but you can use PETG or ABS</p><p>Just add a custom support on the CR touch mount</p><p> </p>
