Custom Gantry for the Ender 6 01.10.2023: FIX missing clearance for the roller on top right XY joint 14.01.2023: XY joint parts for 300mm+ X rails ("long" suffix in the filename) Long and standard parts are compatible, only one of them is required 01.03.2022: Added BIQU Hermit Crab toolchanger support UPDATE: I made an MGN12H compatible version for the Y, but I could not test it, i don't have enough MGN12H, please let me know if you find any problem. BOM: - 1x 350mm 2020 extrusion - 1x 300mm/350mm MGN12H lin. rail - 2x 350mm MGN9H or MGN12H lin rails (print the matching parts) - 6x M4 twist in t-nuts - 6x M4x12 screws - 2x M3x40 screws - 2x M3xhex nuts - MGN9H only: -- 8x M3x6 screws - MGN12H only: -- 2x DIN7991 M3x6 -- 6x M3x6 screws - mounting hardware for the printhead - mounting material fo the rails: -- 20xM3 t-nut -- M3x8 screws - New x carriage and toolhead -- Voron Afterburner/Stealthburner -- BIQU Hermit Crab -- EVA mod, credits to majarspeed The idlers and the M4 screws&nuts are required from the stock setup. Assembly animation available: https://youtu.be/osHAJBczaYo Steps: - install the Y rails on the bottom slot of the inside of the 2040 extrusions - install the bottom piece to the sliders with 4 screws on each side (mind the 2 countersunk screws on the right side for the MGN12H version) - install 350mm 2020, t-nut sits in the groove, will fall with a 90deg turn - top piece with 2 t-nuts and 2 M4 screws - M3x40 holds the 2 parts together next to the sliders - MGN12 on X - print head an belts I have a modified Voron CW1 style carriage available here and on thingiverse (free) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5223944 I can have a look on an EVA compatible face as well if anyone's interested Demo video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow4qhm2x2ok
