Ender 6 - E3D Titan Aero Mount v2.xx

__Disclaimer__ - *This is a work in progress.* The reason I'm uploading this very early version as there is still a glaring lack of Ender 6 extruder mount options so I'm putting this up in the hope it helps some of you out. While it *should* be less troublesome than the first version I uploaded, I haven't had the time to test enough to be certain and as such I can't guarantee there won't be something which I didn't consider so __PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION.__ The first Aero mount I made and uploaded here had some issues I wasn't happy about so I have redesigned it and am hoping this addresses some of the issues I had with the first version. This version shares little if any features from the first one with exception to the dimensions for the mount plate holes on the XY carriage. Issues addressed are: * *Print area closer to original dimensions* - The previous one reduced the print area which wasn't ideal. I lowered the extruder mounting position to allow better clearance of the frame when near Y=0. This should bring the print area closer to it's original dimensions, however this is yet to be tested fully. It should also mean that relocating the Y endstop isn't necessary but again this hasn't been fully tested yet. * *Reposition the BL Touch sensor* - The first version BL Touch mount position made it kind of suck to install. I have moved the touch sensor to the back of the bracket as lowering the whole assembly freed up a lot of space behind it and meant the extruder mount could be positioned closer to the main bracket plate. I also made it mountable on either side of the rear as I wasn't able to make up my mind as to which side would be better so for now it's either. One side may get removed in a later version once I have been able to test it properly. If you do print and test this and notice any problems please let me know and I will update the design to try and fix them.
