Ender 6 Almost-Direct Drive Bracket
thingiverse
UPDATE: Uploaded an improved version which allows you to flip the stepper sideways, making cable management easier. Also moved the extruder back 4mm due to the PTFE adapters not being aligned. This almost-direct drive bracket requires the purchase of a Titan (clone or otherwise) and the appropriate stepper motor. In my case I used the following: A Titan clone extruder: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07MZKY9WJ The thinnest stepper I could find: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07JJCMB81 Make sure to adjust the Vref of your extruder driver - Mine's currently on 0.7v. It was originally on 0.9v but this proved to be unnecessary. No other hardware is needed - You can reuse the bolts from the original cable organizer located on the top of the carriage. I also added M3 holes on the right side of the bracket so you can easily fasten the cable tube. (Or add something fancy, I suppose!) The source file is included if you want to make adjustments.
