Ender 5 Z Axis Spring Tensioner Clip / Spacer

I designed these clips to enhance the Z axis tensioner's ability to prevent table drop when the steppers are turned off on my Ender 5. They closely resemble bowden clips used on extruders and hot ends, but with a few key differences. These clips are engineered to add extra tension to the spring located underneath the bed. Installation is effortless, and they significantly aid in preventing the table drop issue - I've found that a 1.5mm thick spacer works best for my machine. While they don't completely eliminate the problem, they do provide substantial assistance. To determine which thickness works best for your machine, I recommend printing all five available versions: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. This can be accomplished in a single build, saving time and effort. Printing them took approximately 20 minutes, which is relatively quick. I chose PETG for my prints because I was unsure if PLA possessed enough spring to slide over the bushing - though PLA would likely work just as well. To achieve crisp text on top of the clip, you'll need to slow down your top layer speed. In my case, printing at 20mm/s produced excellent results.
