Between the pistons, a tiny yet vital spring resides, measuring approximately 7mm in diameter and 20mm in length. This delicate component is finely tuned by the screw to regulate the spring's pressure on the trapezoidal screw, exerting force exclusively along the Z-axis without distorting its shape. With the bed raised, the element is carefully screwed and adjusted to achieve optimal performance. To set the tension just right, we aim for a firm pressure that triggers movement of the bed, mirroring the precise control found in the Ender3 design.
