This is a compact two-piece kit that leverages the existing screws from the stock upper front 2020 bar to amplify visibility of the hotend while preserving the frame's structural integrity. The two components are carefully bonded together, requiring some minor sanding to ensure a seamless fit between the vertical frame bars on the Ender 5 due to manufacturing and printed part variability. Optional M4 screw holes provide the flexibility to use M4 screws and Hammer nuts for added alignment and clamping capabilities. Beyond some minimal plastic waste and two M5 nuts, no additional components or modifications are needed to integrate this kit. A note-worthy aspect of my previous design iteration is that it reuses the stock 2020 x 330 bar, potentially beneficial for minimizing plastic usage and accommodating accessories like cameras.
