Universal LCD Screen Mount Design This design is optimized for mounting on the Profile in any direction, making it versatile and convenient. You can attach it to the Bottom Profile, Side or Top Profile with ease, thanks to its 45-degree bracket angle that allows for rotation. The top LCD plate is secured with 8 M4x20mm bolts, including nuts and washers. The square shape of the top LCD plate ensures a perfect alignment with the back mount, guaranteeing a secure installation. However, this design requires access to the end of the profile where you want to install it, or you may need to trim off the Profile Legs. I plan to install mine with the legs intact. Printed at 0.1mm layers with 20% infill, no supports, and no platform adhesion, this mount is designed for optimal performance. The individual parts are printed flat, with the screwlegs facing up on the ScreenCover, bracket mounts facing up on the BackMount, T-Nut legs facing up on the LeftBracket, and RightBracket. As always, I've included the source files in DesignSpark to facilitate easy remixes and customizations. You'll also find options for cosmetic changes, allowing you to personalize your mount to suit your preferences. A bonus feature is the inclusion of Glass Clips in the DesignSpark Mechanical File. These clips are designed to fit different sizes of glass, with each one needing a unique size. While most of mine fit securely, I had to adjust two of them for a better fit. Given their individuality, I didn't see a need to create a separate post for these clips.
