Ender 5 Tough/Titan Direct Drive Mounting Bracket

Needed a fast and simple 3D titan mount for my Ender 5 that works with several mods, including EZABL, Herome fan ducts - I had to clip off the cable management chimney piece - and Microswiss all-metal hotend. The part fits really tightly, so it's a good idea to have a rubber mallet handy. Currently using the standard extruder stepper motor, and the ringing isn't too bad. I'll post an update tomorrow when my pancake motor arrives.
