I wanted to mount my extruder at the top of the Ender 5 frame. This uses 3 x Tnuts, some M4 Bolts with Washers (optional..). I use the Titan Extruder so it's designed for a mount. I've included the OpenSCAD file, so you can tweak to suit. It does need supports! I use CURA and used Tree Supports for the overhand. It comes away very cleanly.
