Ender 5 Swivel Spool (608zz bearing)

This is a swivel mount for filament spools on direct drive Ender 5 printers. It moves the filament roll on the top housing, but swivels to prevent filament from binding when the print head is close to the back. The filament guide keeps the spool aligned so it doesn't flip all the way around. When installed on a bearing, it moves freely. Update June 15, 2020: I've added a V2 of the bowden tube filament guide. Mine broke when some bad filament snapped with a hooked end, jammed in the bowden tube guide, and tore the arm right off. The V2 includes an extra rib for added strength but printing with extra walls or 100% infill would probably be enough for that part. I realized I've been using my test print since I created this thing with thin walls and little infill, but added the extra rib to be safe. Video of it in action: https://youtu.be/h6L5tWZx9cQ The filament guide is compatible with the original spool holder and some modified ones like the one below: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4267651 I've included two different versions of the base. One can be installed on top of the Y axis stepper, while the other has added "arms" to give it a little more support if you want and should not hit the Y axis shaft. Also, there are two different filament guides in these files. One is an open oval (I have not tested this one!). The other is a small hole that will hold the original bowden tube. It uses a lot of small hardware I had laying around: 1- 608zz bearing 1- M5 screw about 22mm (acts as central shaft for bearing, re-purposed from Ender 5 electronics box) 1- M5 T nut (for mounting bearing in base) 4- M4 nuts about 20mm (for mounting base on 2020 extrusion) 4- M4 T nuts (for mounting base on 2020 extrusion) 6- M3 screws 16mm (for bearing assembly) 6- M3 nuts (for bearing assembly) 3- M3 screws about 5mm (for filament guide assembly) 1- Bowden tube section, optional (for filament guide) 2- M4 screws (replace the 5mm ones on the spool arm) 2- M4 nuts (captured in the 608zz plate to hold the spool arm on) The STL files should print in the orientation they are in without supports but use your best judgement. Below are a couple of quick exploded view animations to show how the parts go together. You should put the whole swivel base together before mounting it on the printer.
