Ender 5 screen case

I made this modification for myself since I was getting tired of standing up to see the screen (my printer is positioned on a shelf at eye level). The screen adjusts its tilt back to the original configuration of the Ender 5, but also becomes upright. Be cautious with the ribbon cable length, mine was just barely long enough, so yours may vary. Print with 20% infill and three layers top, three layers bottom. Print the first layer ten degrees higher than normal in order to achieve a good surface finish. This modification printed on my Ender 5 straight from the factory without any modifications needed. The bolts for the hinge are M3 40mm.
