On my Ender 5 pro, the Bowden tube and wires for the hot end would get caught on the z axis stepper motor when something printed in the front left corner. It would start out find, but when it reached a certain level, the wire would hold back the hot end and realign where it was printing, hence a staggered print. I could just throw out the Bowden tube and put in one with a longer length, but that is a waste as when I periodically snip off the ½ that goes into my hot end before I get any issues with it, and I would be replacing it sooner than needed. I had duct taped a piece of bamboo to the stepper motor to prevent this, but I decided to make a better looking more permanent solution. It is a simple print you can make using just the standard Cura settings for PLA with a 10% infill. Both pieces take less than an hour to print. You can use a pencil if you don’t want to print the rod. The rod can be shortened or lengthened to fit your needs in Cura. The base piece fits just right over my stepper motor, but if it is to lose or too tight, just increase or decrease the length and width by a millimeter. Do not make the base any taller as it will interfere with your belt.
