To get the screen ribbon cable into place, you need to apply some force and press it firmly down onto the rail. I had to use a wrench to make sure it fit properly. Unfortunately, the original cable was too short for my needs, so I had to remove the cable straps in order to squeeze it in. To solve this problem, I decided to order a new screen ribbon cable from AliExpress.
