This project is still in development, but so far it's been working flawlessly for me. My goal was to create a design that allows for easy cable management without compromising the integrity of the hotend brkt. To achieve this, I needed a longer M3 screw and two cable ties for securing the Bowden tube and wire. Additionally, another screw and speed nut were required for the stepper motor side bracket. Two wire ties are necessary to keep the cable in place within the groove on the side bracket. In designing these components, I deliberately opted against using supports. It's essential to ensure that the link cover is printed on its side due to the cutouts present on the clips. A good practice is to print two or three links first to verify your printer settings are accurate. For this project, I utilized PLA filament with a modest 15-20% infill level.
