This is included in the Files. All parts print in the given orientation with NO supports or brims. I recommend you print the parts in PetG. I used M5x12mm bolts to replace the grub screws in the 60t pulleys for better grip. Lightly sand top of spacers so they're flat. Install: Loosen all 4 screws on the Z stepper couplers. Lower bed around 50mm by turning lead screws. Place hand under bed and lift it. Slide 60t pulleys (set screw side down)onto bottom of lead screw. Slide printed spacers onto bottom of lead screw. Slip belt over stepper shaft, don't get grease on it. Hold stepper coupler with lead screw bottomed out in it. Tighten lead screw coupler bolt. Then put stepper coupler onto stepper shaft bottomed out and tighten bolt. Assemble Tensioner: Put 3 M5 nuts into tensioner. Put 30mm+ bolt into back of the tensioner mount. Put bearings and M4 bolt into Slider with belt inserted. You can tighten M4 bolt all the way, but may need to loosen slightly for smooth movement. Start tension bolt a couple of threads into slider. Drill mounting holes: Tip printer to the right side at 45 degree angle, lean it on something about 12 inches tall. Remove control box bottom panel, careful of fan wiring. Remove 4 screws holding power supply in. Gently move power supply to the side, careful of wiring. Place assembled tensioner on the control box where the belt is just barely tensioned. Exact position and squareness is not critical. Use 3/16 drill bit to start holes through tensioner mount. Move mount out of the way and enlarge holes with 13/64 bit. Make sure to vacuum all drilling debris up. Mount tensioner with M5x12mm+ bolts. Replace Power supply and cover. Tip printer upright. IMPORTANT: Lightly tension belt. As the belt gets tighter it will cause the lead screws to bend inward. This is bad. You only want it tight enough to make a Low Tone when plucked. While the pulleys are still lose you can move the belt by hand and check its function. How to Sync lead screws: Eyeball the bed Left and Right, manually turn the lead screws to level it. Turn the Printer on. Goto Move menu. Home. Move Z down 20mm. Insert 4 alignment blocks between linear rod bearings and top mount. Select 1mm Z movement in menu. Carefully move Z upwards until BOTH Z steppers stall out. Move Z down 1mm. Move Z UP 1mm. Alignment blocks should be tightly held in place, feel them. Now carefully push 60t pulleys downward and hold them in place so the steppers can't turn, and tighten pulley bolts. Now both lead screws are mechanically tied together. With the printer on and the steppers still holding the bed up, you can try turning 1 60t pulley and make the stepper skip a step. The opposite stepper should also skip a step. If the belt sags or becomes loose when doing this, tension it more. REMOVE alignment blocks. If you install shorter screws into the lead screw nuts, you should be able to get close to the full 400mm Z height. Level your bed again.
