The Ender 5 Plus struggles with wirestrain management just like its predecessor, causing significant problems. This solution tackles this issue head-on by securing the pillow block and axis assembly between its sturdy braces without disrupting motion or bed tramming systems. Next, it extends an arm (including a raised position +25mm) to provide support for the wirestrain. I've successfully tested a prototype, and it functions well enough that I won't bother reprinting the final version I've uploaded here. Take a close look at the installed picture if you want to notice a shim in place. The final design features a 0.75mm shorter bottom on the brace top to create a better "grip" effect on the assembly, and the top of the brace top is only 2mm thick since it doesn't need to bear any significant weight. To assemble this solution, you'll need: 6 M3x8mm bolts 6 M3 nuts 1 thin zip-tie (no thicker than 2mm where it passes through) Refer to the pictures for detailed assembly instructions.
