I just made this quick thing, it covers the metal sliders on the Ender 5 Plus the bed uses to go up and down evenly. Doesn't affect the way it works, just makes it so you can change the colour from a metal to what ever colour you want. It fit perfectly snug, no screws or zip-ties needed.
