I made this specifically for my Ender 5 Plus with an all metal hot-end. I thought others may find this useful, I have included step files for easy editing. Lots of minor adjustments and reinforcements for strength, modified cable management, heat-sink vent adjustment for screw clearance and better cooling of the lower section of the heat-sink, notch to access heat-break grub screw, reinforced BLTouch mount to reduce flex and movement, improve clearances specific to the Ender 5 Plus, move rear bolt holes on base to improve access, (use short M3 bolts through the back of the carriage slot). Because of the changes I have made these parts will not be compatible with the original Hero Me Gen4. BLTouch Offset define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { -50, -16, -1 } As a reference my Z offset is currently -2.7, this will be different printer to printer. If you need to physically change the Z gap you can modify the step file. Print 100% infill, with supports. This may fit other printers if you want to try.
