UPDATE 2019-10-19: A faceplate is added for Maestro/Ethernet, secured with 2x M2x15 bolts. A faceplate for WiFi will be added soon. UPDATE 2019-09-17: A skirt surrounds the risers and increases duct opening size to enhance airflow over drivers. A MOSFET mount is also included since the fan shroud displaces it. This solution seems elegant. However, a hole must be cut in the side of your control box, clearing vent holes by 1mm and 2xM2 screw holes by 2mm to either side. UPDATE 2019-09-16: This mount has been criticized for displacing the MOSFET without offering a solution, and each version has weak standoffs due to print orientation. Airflow concerns also exist as the board sits higher on this mount compared to the Ender 5's mount. As a result, a new version will be uploaded tonight that brings a skirt up around the board and mounts the MOSFET off the side of the fan shroud. ---------------------------------------------- This is an adaptation of my unpublished Ender 5 Duet Mount, modified for the Ender 5 Plus. It utilizes a 40mm fan (recommended: 24v SUNON 4020 or 12v Noctua 4020 via a buck converter) to direct air under the board, which escapes through 3x3mm vent holes in the front of the mount. There are 2 M2 holes centered and spaced 80mm apart that will be mated with a faceplate for the Maestro. This design will also work for the Duet 2 Ethernet and WiFi (with a large hole for the WiFi module). A lower version of this mount was run on my Ender 5 for months, resulting in zero issues and cool boards even during prolonged periods. The main difference between this one and previous versions is its original height with standoffs, and the removal of the second fan mount due to dual fans cooling the PSU and board on the 5 Plus. Mount holes were also moved towards the edge because of the control box's slope.
