Ender 5 Plus Dual Extruder Setup

I have upgraded my Ender 5 Plus to a Dual Extruder setup with the Chimera 2in-2out hotend, taking on several requests for files and instructions. Here is my attempt at providing some guidance. Most of these parts are modified versions of something else, and sources for the originals are included below.
