Ender 5 plus DD extruder mount with 40mm fan to cool "E" stepper

My friend was experiencing higher stepper temps due to the lack of an aluminum plate for heat dissipation. To rectify this, I designed a new version that allows a 40mm fan to pass air on both sides of the stepper motor, significantly improving heat dissipation and prolonging motor life. This revised design can be easily integrated with the original model using two 3mm screws, minimizing exposed surfaces when bolted in place.
