The Ender 5 Plus is loud. Especially the RSP-500-24 fan. Replacement bottom panel (2 pieces) for Ender 5 Plus for two 80MM fans. 10-22-2020 - this mod does not provide enough cooling. I put everything back to stock and have been printing for days without issue. For my ender 3 v2, i did this mod: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3864094 and have not had any issues. 10-18-2020 - the extruder stops extruding after 6-8 hours of printing due to overheating. I replaced the stepper motor but it happened again. i don't think there is enough cooling. I'm going to put everything back to stock to verify. 10-12-2020 - I haven't tested yet but am currently printing them. 10-14-2020 - the electronics cover fit perfectly over the board but the PSU fan cover was too far to one side. currently printing a new one so the fan is centered on the PSU. 10-15-2020 - all is working but will make some adjustments when i have the time: PSU fan is a bit too close to the psu The buck converter is 1-2 mm too wide. i just used hot glue to keep it in place all the holes had to be made a tiny bit bigger so they would match up to the printer 10-16 -2020 - redid the psu fan cover. much better. . I remixed a few things to make this happen: Bottom Panel https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3864094 Electronics (Front) side fan with buckconverter holder. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4612023 Power Supply (Back) side https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4601320 My power supply is a RSP-500-24. The fan connection should be 12v. You will need to remove the power supply cover and remove the power supply fan. Be careful removing the fan. Some have mentioned the wires go through the white glue which is directly on top of capacitors. Here is a blank fan cover you can use to cover the power supply fan location after you remove it. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4559795/files Here a buck converter i found on amazon that should fit. It's a display type. dimension need to be 66mm x 35mm for it to fit. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077P5NGQM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1G4TRJSF885ET&psc=1 These are the fans that i will be using but any 80x80x25 should work. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NEMG9K6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A1Z5H6ZGWCMTNX&psc=1 I would recommend 80mm fan grill covers for the inside just to make sure no wires hit the fan when you close it up. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802474 Lastly, you will need to elevate the Ender 5 Plus with bigger feet so the fans have room to move air. These are a cool design that use squash balls to limit vibration https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4182587 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NBLQ12U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 or just print these. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3965689
