Ender 5 Plus bed mounting shim
thingiverse
I encountered a problem with my Ender 5 Plus in that the front was lower than the back even when everything else was equal. This led to rear adjustments being significantly tighter than the front and became an issue when I switched to solid silicon mounts. To resolve this, I created a shim to insert between the bed gantry and the z gantries on the lower side. Simply scale the z axis to the desired thickness required for the shim. Since no heat will be applied to these shims, any material will suffice. The bed level adjustment was just a quick tune after installing the shims (and solid silicon mounts), resulting in a nicely level bed, which looks worse than it actually is when viewed on the scale.
