For anyone operating a Linear Rail on 2020 extrusion, I've designed an improved rail stop solution. Initially, I had printed a basic rail stop to prevent the carriage from veering off the rail. However, when working with extremely large prints measuring 350x350, I encountered an issue where the bowden and wires would occasionally snag on the square face of the original rail stop. To address this problem, I've created a revised end-rail stop that has been thoroughly tested and proven effective. This updated design eliminates the snagging issue, ensuring smooth operation even with large prints.
