To fix this issue, I gave my parts 2 coats of white spray paint after printing them with a shell thickness of 4. For better results, I would double this to 8 for the top layer. A 25% infill is sufficient. I used a layer height of 0.12 for improved quality. This setting provides a more detailed finish on the final product. The back angle brackets only require supports that touch the build bed. However, I recommend using supports everywhere on the front angle brackets as my printer struggled printing the screw hole with correct form. To house LED Lighting strips, I implemented a slot on the base of the part, just large enough to accommodate them. I urge people to remix and improve this design. I'm excited to see what others come up with, which is why I included the .ipt Autodesk Inventor files (a departure from my usual practice).
