Ender 5 or Universal 2020/4020 Profile LED Holder (vase mode)

UPDATE 09/03/2020 - Added EndCaps with wire routing channels for A version. Don't forget to switch to normal mode and 0.4 width for these for best results. This is an angled LED bar that simply clips onto the 2020 aluminum profile. To work, it must be printed in vase mode as uploaded, with a 0.6mm shell. The width of the LED bar is max 16.8mm, and length is adjustable. It is designed to spill as little light as possible, so in most cases the light will go up a bit and stop at the base of the printer (illuminating the full printed model on the bed). On my Ender 5 it perfectly lights up the nozzle area. I have uploaded two versions, one to be used as in the first 2 photos (version A), in either sharp or rounded versions (imo the sharp version looks better on the square AL profile, but you're free to print whichever you'd like). This version can clip on top of the profile. Version B was actually the first one made (can clip to the side or bottom of the profile, image no4), but when clipped on the side my extruder could hit it at the end of the Y travel (Ender 5), and when placed below, on the first layers the bed was higher than it and in complete shadow. Anyway, you could print both in whatever length you'd like to see where you can place it and if anything hits it, they are very light on filament and fast to print. Just resize Z dimensions to whatever length your LED bar is. Please use either ABS/PETG when using powerful LEDs, or use lower power LEDs with foam backing with PLA so it won't melt. I'm using these really cheap car DRL leds that at 12v are perfectly balanced and will not melt my PLA.
