Ender 5 Linear Rails Mod
thingiverse
Update November 13, 2019: I've reduced the idler holder size as much as possible in version 23. This means that total loss of X movements should only be around 13-15mm. While some might find this unacceptable, it's worth it to me for the rigidity you get with plates instead of large 3D printed pieces. After all, why add rails and then put a lot of plastic parts back between components? My opinion, I welcome yours. These are all the printed components needed to mod an Ender 5 to use linear rails. This design is as minimalist as possible in order to avoid extra flex and not need to buy many extra components.
