Print tests: PLA: Four walls at twenty percent infill appear to work fine but hot motor causes warping. ABS: Three walls at twenty percent infill seem really strong, not yet tested on machine. PETG: Three walls at twenty percent infill have yet to be printed and tested. Others are welcome to test. Update 2019-05-17: Screw holes for the Y Axis have been aligned, need to make slightly wide to allow for variance in Ender 5 machine sizes due to imperfect machining. Hotend assembly improved all over, larger wire tunnel, fixed clasp on probe, fan screws better aligned. Currently using stock belt tensioner on X axis and need to redesign but everything is working well. Updated E3DV6 hotend assembly to match. Update 2019-05-17: Installation Tips: Look at the parts carefully. You will notice for example on the direct drive you should put the nuts in for the hotend and upper blower fan nut before sliding the linear bearing into place and screwing in as the bearing will block the path after it is inserted so the order matters.
