Ender 5 Linear Rail BLTouch Hemera Plate

I was getting increasingly frustrated trying to find a plate that would accommodate both my E3D Hemera and BLTouch, along with or without Linear Rails, which could fit onto my PrinterMods Direct Drive Plate. The PrinterMods Plate has holes for the Hot End slightly to the left and lower than the stock Creality Ender 5 Plate, so I created this part because it seemed like I was always reaching for my dremel tool to make them fit. Special Note: The BLTouch is positioned at 0mm,-38mm and 8mm height as per recommendations for the genuine BLTouch, so the probe extends properly. Despite having limited Design skills, I double-checked and triple-checked my measurements from various angles to ensure the holes were precisely placed in their correct positions. I hope this design helps others who need a similar setup.
