I've modified the fan duct for the Ender 5 to make it easier to access the nozzle, which is crucial for consistent offsetting. By moving it back to the left side, I was able to share a wall with the duct channel and save valuable space. This allowed me to move the fan closer to the nozzle, giving me more clearance on the X Carriage's left side - essential for achieving full build volume on the Ender 5. I'm now using the 5015 Blower fan in this setup, which provides superior airflow. To get the best results, I've set my probe offsets to y -25 and x -38. Compared to my previous right-side mod, this left-side version is a significant improvement all around. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for better performance from your Ender 5.
