Ender 5 Hermera mount plate`and BL-Touch mount

This is a robust mount block for the Ender 5 to mount a Hermera extruder assembly onto an Ender 5. This mod requires the removal and modification of the stock Ender 5 hotend carriage plate. Two 5.1mm diameter holes are added to the carriage plate. A 5mm to 5.3mm diameter hole is drilled on the X-axis rail of the printer. The hole on the rail provides access to one of the M5 button head screws used to secure the mount block. Once these mods are made it will no longer be necessary to dissassemble and remove the carriage to work on the Hermera assembly. Losening two screws is all that will be required to remove the Hermera extruder/hotend assembly. The mount plate is printed with the square pockets toward the build late and supports to build plate only are needed.Two 5.1mm diameter holes need to be drilled into the stock Ender 5 Hotend carriage plate.A 5mm to 5.3mm diameter access hole needs to be drilled on the X-axis rail and it can be 150mm from either end of the rail. A sketch is included to indicate the hole dimensions on the Hotend carriage plate and X-axis rail. A new X-axis limit switch mount also has to be printed. I also swapped the Z-axis motor with the larger extruder motor and now the build plae no longer drops down on its own. 4 new rubber foot spacers of 8mm or more each will hahv to be printed to raise the printer frame to allow clearance for the new Z-axis motor. 01/29/2020 Added a BL-Touch mount that aligns the probe tip to within 0.3mm in the X-direction and is 48.5mm to left of the nozzle when viewed from the front of the machne.
