This gadget resolves three key issues: * Accurate routing of cables and tubes to the hotend * A holder or fixture for connectors that facilitates quick exchange of the hotend * Protection from the sharp edge of the ender with a secure cover It will be mounted in the right rear corner. The PTFE tube will pass through a hole, which is aligned with the extruder, so during operation, bending stress occurs on the tube itself, not on the tube fixture. For a simple connection system, I used a Multiplex MPX connector for the heater and NTC temperature sensor, which is polarized and carries enough current for the heater. I also employed a 4-pin JST-XH connector for both fans, which are polarized as well. These connectors are secured in designed holders, thus defining cable position on this edge of the printer. I created it using Fusion 360, allowing me to animate the part, including mounting with a screw. If you're interested, check out [Link][https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDhHmSILxnc&feature=youtu.be].
