Ender 5 Glass Corner Clamps Single Arm

Inspired by the E5GCC design by modrows1, I created these simpler corner clamps with a single arm that is still fully adjustable. These clamps also allow printing with ABS at a bed temperature of 110C+ which melted my PETG printed pieces touching the buildplate from the modrows1 corner clamps. Although the springs work to dissipate some heat, when I printed these parts in PETG the washer melted into the part at 110C bed temp as shown in the pics. Thus, print the parts in ABS if you will be printing at bed temps over 100C. PETG might be OK at bed temps under 100C but keep an eye out for sunken washers over 80C. These corner clamps work with the original bed size and will hold a 300mmx300mm glass bed using the stock heated plate. This thing fits with the modrows1 design Ender 5 Visible Hotend #2 - E5VH2 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3760726) with a 300mmx300mm glass plate. Parts List: * 4x M4x16 bolts * 4x M4 washers * 4x M4 nuts * 4x M5 washers Installation steps: 1. Remove the heated plate 2. Install a M5 washer between the printed arm piece and the bed spring like shown in the photos in each corner 3. Insert a M4 nut into the 4x corner printed piece cutouts 4. Use a M4x16 (or M4x14, but 12 was too short) bolt with a washer inserted from below the arm piece, threaded into each corner piece nut. 5. Level the bed (carefully) BEFORE tightening the clamps since making spring adjustments after the clamps are tightened can cause the glass to warp based on my experience with the BLTouch bed visualizer 6. Once the bed is level, tighten each corner piece working in opposite corners, being careful to not flex the glass bed up or down. Medium pressure against the glass bed is sufficient. 7.
