Ender 5 Glass Bed Clip

This is a custom clip for securing Borosilicate glass plates to the Ender 5's hotplate, designed to be more polished than a standard binder clip. The combined thickness of the hotplate and glass was measured at 6.2mm, so I created a clearance of 6.1mm in the clip to ensure a secure fit. A small protrusion on top adds extra grip on one end. The clip extends 4mm beyond the build plate's edge, leaving just enough space for the hotend to reach without touching. To accommodate PLA-temperature hotbeds, I printed this design with PETG, which can withstand those temperatures but may warp at higher settings. Future iterations will explore ways to minimize warping or make it irrelevant to performance.
