I noticed that on my Ender 5 Pro, the filament tube was catching on a corner of the frame. This part covers that corner. It prints without supports with the long edge down. Sorry, still learning FreeCAD - I'll update the model when I figure out how to export it in the correct orientation for printing. =-)
