I installed a direct drive upgrade on my printer and decided to move the filament spool from its original side-mounted position to the top of the machine. Initially, I angled the spool at the corner, but it was colliding with the extruder head. To resolve this issue, I designed and built an extension that elevates the spool higher, ensuring a safe distance between the spool and the extruder. To complete the modification, I need to obtain additional parts: two M5x8mm screws and two M5 nuts.
