Ender 5 EZOUT holder top mount

This is a customized EZOUT holder for users of the Ender 5 top mount spool holder with or without the Ender 5 filament guide. Since I utilized the stepper mount from the filament guide when it was installed, I needed to adjust the EZOUT to match the extruder stepper's height. So, I remixed tpausburn's original creation. Make sure to print this modified holder on its side for optimal results. By doing so, you'll only need to add supports for a small overhang with the right angle. Once you import it into your slicer and orient it on its side, you'll understand what I mean.
