I'm adding strong neodymium block magnets to my laser-cut Ender 5 enclosure to ensure a secure fit and keep the door tightly closed. The magnets I've chosen are robust 10x10x5mm N45 units, which provide an impressive level of holding power. To achieve this, I printed the enclosure at a moderate infill percentage of 30%. This balance between structural integrity and weight minimizes the overall mass while still maintaining sufficient rigidity for everyday use.
