Ender 5 Direct Drive Filament Guide w/ Runout Sensor Slot

I was fed up with waking up to find my hot end flailing about empty space like a spell-casting robot gone haywire. It was time for drastic measures, so I decided to overhaul my direct drive filament guide and give it a stylish makeover. I added feet and a slot for an end-of/broken filament sensor to the mix. With the new front feet in place, the block attachment to the extruder motor no longer needed to be cumbersome. Mounting the motor required two M3X40mm screws, which can be sourced from Amazon's 30mm to 50mm assortment: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071XNBGRQ. The other guide had been subjected to an inordinate amount of torque without cracking, but it still made me nervous. This design more than compensates for the added support by harnessing the greater mass required to house the removable filament sensor designed by Bookmake (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1134134). My remix also accommodated the URBEST CL20 MicroLever, which wouldn't fit in the case without modification. Check it out here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4509587
