Direct Drive Extruder Lever Reinforcement When operating the extruder lever in direct drive mode, it's essential to reinforce the component to ensure optimal performance. Initially, I encountered issues with deformation due to excessive heat when using PLA. To address this problem, I designed a second version of the reinforcement that should prevent deformation from occurring. This new design requires additional support during printing and some extra cleaning to ensure proper function.
