Ender 5 Direct Drive adapter for Titan Extruder

I was fighting under-extrusion from retraction on my Ender 5 Pro. Decided to try going Direct Drive with an upgraded extruder. Ended up with Titan extruder and no way to mount it. Found a mount here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4222781 It was working, but I felt that it needed to be a bit more rugged. Added a cable management to the design as well.
