Many of these parts are specific to certain mods and may not be needed by you. For instance, the linear rail mod includes two extra MGN12H blocks; these can be used as replacements if needed. On my second printer, I used a different hot end heater and thermistor instead of the stock units from E3D. The heater is 50 watts, and the thermistor is wired directly to the mainboard, bypassing the standard connection 3 inches from the hot end.
