I was frustrated by the bowden cable bumping up and down on the belt idler arm and its screw heads, which is why I appreciated the idea of adding a protective cover here, such as in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3618983. However, having the screws for the belt tensioner pass through a printed component seemed like an invitation for unexpected issues, so I decided to create a version that clicks into place within the frame and sits on top of the screw heads. Caution: In certain past or future Ender 5 design variations it's possible that the X cart may collide with the guard during homing, which is why you should verify clearances before enabling auto-homing.
