This is a two-part system for mounting a Bondtech BMG extruder or clones directly onto a stock Ender 5 mount without reducing any printing space. The mount is compatible with the HeroMe Gen3 Fan Duct and Mount, E3D volcano Hotends, Stock Hotends, All-Metal Hotends in Microswiss-Style, and no drilling is required as it is completely removable. To mount the extruder, you can use stock parts for the most part but will need a few additional items. It's recommended to glue the distance bolts of the wheels into the mount and also consider using double-sided tape to strengthen the mount-carriage connection further. To connect the printed parts, four M3 screws and nuts along with washers are required; 8mm length is sufficient, although longer lengths won't cause any issues. The screws used in the images were 10 or 12mm long. Additionally, a longer screw is needed to replace one of the stock screws, which should be secured with a washer and nut from behind. This screw fixes a printer part to the carriage. A short piece of Bowden tube is also necessary for connecting the extruder and hotend; approximately 5cm in length should work, but it's essential to take precise measurements before making any connections.
