Ender-5 BLTouch Mount

Ender-5 BLTouch Mount

Since there wasn't a BLTouch mount for the Ender-5, I remixed one for the CR-10 using Tinkercad. The model's quality isn't perfect, but it gets the job done just fine. All you need to do is add one washer per BLTouch screw and you're good to go. I'm also uploading Marlin 1.1.9 configuration, which I edited from Kevin Lau's version that I downloaded from the Facebook group. I made sure to preserve SD card functionality and all thermal protections - I was inspired by Teaching Tech's video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocAeZRPVusw. The offsets should be spot on, but feel free to comment if something's off. To burn the bootloader, I followed this guide: https://www.instructables.com/id/Flashing-a-Bootloader-to-the-CR-10/. To install the BLTouch clone, I used this guide: http://3dprintlove.com/3d-printing/adding-bltouch-to-creality-3d-printer-ender-3-for-auto-bed-leveling/. Some notes: I didn't have the board to avoid cutting the wire to pin 27, so I just used a multimeter and found out that the red cable was the one to cut. Don't forget to add G29 right after G28 in the start gcode!
