This is an Accessory for the Ender 5: A mounting bracket for the BL-touch sensor AND a cable relief for all the cables to the printing head. The assembly is a bit tricky, but no extra screws are required. (you need two screws for the BL-touch, if they were not in the package.) Just unscrew the two screws holding the housing of the printer head and use them later to screw the device and the housing to the printer head. enjoy
