Ender 5 bed support_flat for 10-24 thread 2-1/2" screw
thingiverse
This is a remix of [freudi85's Ender 5 bed support](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3447280), but modifed to use a 10-24 thread 2-1/2" long screw for tensioning instead of an M4x60, for the metrically challenged. ;) This should also work with an M5x60. Here in Canada, we use metric for everything... except for certain things. :P And one of those things is construction materials, probably because of our close proximity to the US. So it's far, far easer to find imperial screws here than metric ones. (Fun fact - in Ontario the building code requires studs inside walls to be on 406.4mm centers. Why such a weird number? Because our drywall is 4 feet or 48 inches wide, and it needs to be supported on both edges, so studs should be 16" center-to-center so you can line up the edges of a panel with the center of a stud on either side. But we can't put 16" in our building code, because it's Canada, so it's 406.4mm. I always imagine a building inspector saying "No, this is 406.7mm - do it again!") You need to print one A arm and one B arm. There's two versions of the A arm - one has a concave inner face in the screw hole, perfect for a pan-head screw. If you're using a hex-head bolt, use the non-concave version.
