Simple reimagining of an excellent concept, designed to provide a smoother landing area for the screw or accommodate a washer with ease. I believe the suggested screws are optimized for metal use, whereas plastic components benefit from a larger surface area to press against securely. I'm still awaiting the completion of my Ender 5 build, but it appears this ingenious solution is an essential component. Kudos to the creators for their innovative approach.
