This is a highly customizable modular frame designed to securely hold a 235x235x4mm glass sheet over the bare printer bed. I've crafted it in a flexible manner with two base options featuring 12 or 10mm main sections, along with numerous customizations such as 20 or 30mm holes on both sides to facilitate easy removal of the glass. An optional hollow or solid power cable holder is also available. This frame is fully compatible with Creality Ender 5 and any other printer boasting a similar bed design and sufficient free space. However, it will not fit the Ender-3 due to its limited free space on the bed sides. The two frame sides of the power cable corner are carefully designed with holes or reductions to preserve space for the power connection. Therefore, the "power cable hole" or "power cable holder" side must be selected as one of the options, while the adjacent side must be one of the "Power cable 15mm reduction" or "Power cable 25mm reduction" models, depending on the size of your power connection. These parts also offer options for the 20/30mm holes. You can choose any other model for the remaining two sides, but all four sides must share the same base section dimension (12 or 10mm). To assemble this frame, you will need: - 4x M4 screws (between 15mm and 20mm) - 4x M4 nuts (8x7x3mm maximum) There are two versions of this design: a 12mm version and a 10mm version. The former is recommended, but the latter should still work fine if you prefer to save time and material. Both designs feature a 1mm space margin to allow for tight fitting against the bed and glass, resulting in a small gap between sides after installation. Please note that you will require more than 10mm or 12mm of free space on all bed sides, along with an additional 25-30 milimeters if you opt to print the cable holder instead of the cable hole part on the cable side of the bed. This frame has been thoroughly tested with a Creality original glass bed over the bare bed (without the magnetic bed adhesive surface) and should work seamlessly with any other glass featuring the same measurements.
